We understand the importance of protecting your privacy. Symbio Denver Corp (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to respecting it. This Privacy Policy applies to users of our website symbiosoftware.com (the “Site”), whether you visit without transacting business (“Visitors”) or register to use our services (“Authorized Customers”), and to communications we send by text message (SMS/MMS), telephone, and email.
About our name. Symbio Denver Corp is the legal entity that operates the Site. Symbio Software, Symbio Homes, Symbio Denver, Symbio Property Management, and Symbio Cash are trade names (“DBAs”) of Symbio Denver Corp. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions. By using the Site or submitting your information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent using the opt-out procedures described below.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site or opting in to receive communications, you confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Express consent. By submitting your contact information through a form on the Site and ticking the consent box, you provide your consent to receive communications from us at the email address and telephone number(s) you enter or later provide, including account, transactional, service and follow-up communications about your enquiry. The consent box is not pre-selected, and we record the date, time and exact wording you agreed to.
How we contact you. These communications may include email, telephone calls, and text messages (SMS and MMS). Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us; it is typically only a handful of messages while we are answering your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
Not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Revoking consent / opting out. You may revoke consent at any time. To stop text messages, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any text; reply HELP for help. To stop emails, click “unsubscribe” in any email. To stop phone calls, tell us by phone, text, or email. By opting out, you consent to receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data, consent, and related personal information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to deliver the SMS service (for example, with our messaging platform under confidentiality) or as required by law.
“Personally Identifiable Information” means information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, such as name, address, phone number, email address, and IP address. It does not include anonymous or aggregated data. We also keep records of consent (the date, time, method, and language of any opt-in) to demonstrate compliance.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to operate and customize the Site, respond to enquiries, prepare and send the proposals and information you ask for, send communications you have requested or consented to, and provide and support our services. We also use limited technical/log information (such as IP address, ISP, and browser type) to analyze trends and administer the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile/SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. We may share Personally Identifiable Information with:
Our employees, agents, and service providers are contractually bound to use Personally Identifiable Information solely to provide the services.

Our personnel are informed of our security practices, access is password-protected and limited, and we audit our systems regularly and use encryption for sensitive information sent over the Internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that errors, tampering, or breaches will never occur.
We use cookies to learn about Visitor preferences and selected services, for security, and to associate a returning Authorized Customer’s preferences with their account. We use log-in information (IP addresses, ISPs, browser types) to analyze trends, administer the Site, and gather broad demographic information.
